Sitewide discount banners, visible promo codes, and blanket pop-ups train shoppers to wait for discounts and erode your margin at scale. The worst outcome: you discount a shopper who was going to buy at full price, destroying margin for zero conversion benefit.
The Reevix Solution
Reevix scores each session for genuine discount-need: price sensitivity signals, competitor tab switches, cart stall duration, and repeat-visit patterns. Only when the score crosses a configurable threshold — indicating the shopper is genuinely at risk of not purchasing — does Reevix reveal an incentive. High-intent, loyal customers never see a discount they didn't need.
How It Works
Automated from detection to recovery — no manual intervention required
Configure your discount rules in the Reevix panel: maximum discount percentage, eligible product categories, session threshold for eligibility.
Reevix continuously scores each session for price sensitivity: price comparison behavior, add-to-cart stalls at the checkout price display, competitor navigation.
Only sessions that cross the discount-need threshold receive an incentive. All other sessions convert at full price.
Margin impact is tracked in the Revenue dashboard: full-price conversions, discounted conversions, and average discount depth — letting you optimize the threshold in real time.
