Reevix AI is an artificial intelligence-powered platform that provides content creation, scheduling, analytics, and forecasting tools for social media creators. Our services include but are not limited to: Content Co-Pilot, Smart Scheduler, AI Studio, and Forecasting Engine. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

5. Social Media Integration

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you post through our Platform. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party social media platforms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content: The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Reevix AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to the Platform. By using our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools is provided to you for your use. However, you are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that any AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies before publishing.

7. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan
• Provide accurate and complete billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription period. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

No Warranties: The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

AI Predictions: Our forecasting and prediction features are based on algorithms and historical data. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any predictions, and you should not rely solely on our predictions for business decisions.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reevix AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reevix AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reevix AI is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for violations of intellectual property rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reevix AI regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
